By accessing this and using this Website, you are agreeing to follow and abide by the Terms set out below. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this statement. How to Order

Making a purchase could not be simpler. Simply browse our vast range of personalised products under our Shop category tab. Then complete the personalisation details where prompted and then add the item to your basket and checkout. 

For all teddies, please choose a design from the examples, filling in the details as required. The colour of threads will be chosen to match the item but you can email us on [email protected] to request a particular colour.

For other items to be personalised, please fill in the message box with the required text, checking all spelling. 

 

Payment 

This Website is set up to use a secure payment gateway for debit and credit cards, all orders will only be processed on receipt of full payment. All prices quoted in £ Sterling. 

 

Delivery

During busy periods, such as Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays and Weekends, please allow slightly longer delivery times. Delivery may take a lot longer especially in busy periods. This will be made clear at point of sale. If it is urgent, please do contact us in advance by email, so we are made aware of its urgency. 

The Products you order will be sent to the address you give at the time of the order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect we cannot accept liability for your goods not being delivered. 

 

Personalisation 

Please make sure that any text entered in the message box is entered correctly and spelt correctly. 

 

UK Postal Services

Postage costs varies depending on weight and size of the item. All Gingerbreads are sent 1st Class Large letter for £1.50

Single Letters, Embroidered Hoops and Star Garlands are sent 2nd Class for £3.50.

All other items are sent 2nd Class signed for and the cost is £4.50.

FREE Delivery for UK Mainland Only for orders over £75.  For other areas, please email for cost. - Please note processing and delivery will take between 7-14 working days and longer in busy periods. 

 

Exceptions to the right to cancel 

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, you will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation by the very individual nature of personalised products, and as they cannot be re-sold, we therefore cannot accept returns if you change your mind or have ordered an incorrect size. As quoted in the Distant Selling Regulations. 

 

Faulty Items

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, quoting your item number, name and address and details for the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement ( subject to stock). Refunds cannot be given if the fault is the result of misuse. 

 

Photographs

Please note all designs and photographs are the property of alexa & laura, if they are copied or reproduced or used for advertising purposes other than by alexa & laura, this will result in legal action.
